Let's have some serious fun with this hands-on flower workshop!
The Flower Lab from Terra Florals is a flower lovers delight. You'll get to play with a wide variety of flowers and design techniques.
This fun-focused more-advanced design series is led by the area's leading wedding floral designer, Loni Snyder. With hands-on guidance, you'll get tips and techniques to create stunning floral masterpieces while using a wide variety of unique and gorgeous blooms.
The fully immersive clinic will meet once each month for four months of floral experimenting and learning. You can join one session, all four... or mix and match whatever fits your schedule. Classes are hosted in our shop and have all pre-cut materials.
Here's what you can expect...
On Thursday, April 17, the class will focus on a spring eucalyptus wreath and an Easter-themed tablescape. You'll learn how to turn the season's early bounty into playful home decor taking home a wreath, budvases and fauna/flora for your own Easter tablescape.
On Thursday, May 22, it's almost summertime... and the perfect chance for some floral cheer as you design a compote exploding with fresh-from-the-field flowers. You'll take home a gorgeous party centerpiece, crafted in a unique compote bowl that'll have you smiling for weeks.
Then it's time for a fan favorite. On Thursday, June 26, the "lab" will explore Ikebana pin cups and the excitement (and challenge) of designing into a small space. Master this skill... and you're way on your way to expert-level floral design. Folks will be begging you to design one of these lively creations of their own.
And, finally, Thursday, July 17... it's time for the grand finale. In this grand finale of floral joy, you'll put all your newfound skills together to create a classic upright arrangement designed into a gorgeous glazed urn. With the summer flower season erupting in color, it'll be a cornucopia of blooms -- letting you play with and explore a whimsy of color palates.
To help create an immersive and in-depth experience, class size is strictly limited.
All classes are held at Terra Farms and begin at 6:00 p.m.
About your host: Loni Snyder is the founder and lead designer at Terra Florals. She is the area's leading and most-sought-after floral design expert. Her work is featured in hundreds of weddings and events each year. She's been featured in magazines, on TV and across the web. Her students enjoy her fun, laid-back teaching style and patient hands-on explanations.

FAQs
Do I need to be an experienced designer for this class? No. We'll cover everything you need to know. If you have experience, fantastic. You'll still learn plenty. If not, no worries. This series is built for anybody who is passionate about flowers.
Do I need to bring anything? Nope. We provide everything you need. A box or something similar to take your arrangement home in may be helpful. If you want to bring snacks or BYOB, no problem.
Can I bring a friend? Certainly, but each attendee must have their own ticket. No sharing.
What if it rains? Are the classes held outside? Classes are rain or shine. If the weather is unpleasant, we'll simply stay in our classroom building. If it's nice, we'll mix our time in the field and under roof.
What if it something comes up and I suddenly can't make it to a class? Refunds will be issued if there are more than 14 days before the event. If there are less than 14 days to the class, tickets are transferable, but non-refundable. We will do our best to help you find somebody to transfer your ticket to.
