Shipping policy
We currently ship dahlia tubers only within the United States.
Shipping Window
To protect tuber quality, all orders ship in early to mid-April, once we are confident there is no risk of freezing temperatures during transit.
Orders placed before this time will be held and shipped during this window, regardless of purchase date.
We do not offer expedited shipping or early shipment requests.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. We ship via USPS.
Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, delivery times vary by carrier and location. Tracking information will be emailed when your order leaves our farm. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
No Local Pickup
At this time, local pickup is not available.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, it is considered in transit.
If your package appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to the seasonal and limited nature of our tuber inventory, orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Separate orders cannot be combined. Because we charge true and exact shipping charges, combining orders would not save on shipping.
