Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Because we cannot be responsible for storage or handling, no refunds will be offered for dahlia tubers after 48 hours of delivery to you. Inspect your package carefully and notify us immediately if there is an issue. 

Refunds
Damaged or otherwise unusable dahlia tubers will be refunded if we are notified of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. 

Refunds will be issued if there are more than 14 days before the event. If there are less than 14 days to the event, tickets are transferable, but non-refundable. We will do our best to help you find somebody to transfer your ticket to. 

Online classes/videos, gift and bouquet cards are non-refundable.
